OUR GOALS
A&B Basketball offers year-round training for athletes of all ages and skill levels. From beginners to experienced players, our programs focus on building strong basketball fundamentals, agility, strength, and conditioning in a structured, high-energy environment.
We’re committed to helping every athlete develop confidence, sharpen their skills, and translate hard work into real on-court results. At A&B Basketball, development comes first.
OUR CLASSES

Group Training
Group training sessions consist of total game tune-up focusing on ball handling, shooting, conditioning, footwork, and more. 2 to 3 group training a week.

One-on-One Workouts
Private workouts give players the one on one attention needed to maximize they skill. Our staff is able to develop a plan for they specific needs.

Team Workouts
Our team workouts are the perfect addition to your program. Whether aau, travel team, or rec league squad we can put your team through our signature drills.


MARTIN LUTHER KING BASKETBALL CAMP
A&B Basketball Training is proud to host the Martin Luther King Basketball Camp on January 19th at the Academy of St. Dorothy in Staten Island. Open to grades 1–9, this high-energy camp runs from 9AM to 3PM and focuses on building complete players through fundamental footwork, ball handling, shooting, passing, defense, and real game situations. Designed to challenge and develop athletes of all levels, this camp delivers serious skill work in a positive, competitive environment. Limited spots available—secure your place early.
